Staff Screening & Training

All Club staff undergo thorough background checks, are CPR/First Aid certified, and receive ongoing training in youth development, trauma-informed care, and safety protocols. We don’t just hire staff—we invest in mentors.

Emergency Procedures

From fire drills to severe weather plans, we have clearly defined emergency procedures at every site. Families are required to keep emergency contact forms up to date, and staff are trained to respond quickly and effectively in any situation.

Incident Reporting

If an incident occurs, our team documents it promptly and communicates with families as needed. We believe in open dialogue and taking proactive steps to resolve any issues while keeping your child’s best interest at heart.

Anti-Bullying & Inclusion

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bullying and harassment. Our programs are inclusive of all kids, regardless of background, ability, or identity. Everyone has the right to feel safe and supported—always.
