Lead a program that shapes the future of our community! The Niagara Falls Boys & Girls Club is seeking a Daycare Center Director to lead our new licensed early childhood program and help create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for our youngest learners.

What You’ll Do
As Daycare Center Director, you will:
- Lead the daily operations of our licensed childcare center
- Ensure compliance with New York State OCFS regulations
- Build and mentor a high-quality early childhood team
- Create safe, engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environments
- Partner with families to support children’s growth and development
- Maintain high standards for health, safety, and program quality
- Manage licensing, documentation, staffing, and administrative functions

Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the OCFS approved director qualification pathways, including:
- Bachelor’s degree with early childhood coursework + teaching and supervision experience
- NYS Children’s Program Administrator (CPA) credential
- Associate’s degree with plan toward bachelor’s/CPA + experience
- CDA or recognized credential with plan toward bachelor’s/CPA + experience
Additional requirements include background clearances and required OCFS training.
Preferred Experience
- Leadership in an OCFS licensed childcare center
- Staff supervision and coaching
- Licensing compliance and inspections
- Family engagement and community partnerships
- Budget and program administration
