We reserve the right to deny or revoke enrollment based on failure to comply with safety rules, payment obligations, or behavioral expectations outlined in our policies.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Program fees must be paid according to the published rate schedules.

• Advance Pay is required to secure participation.

• Auto Pay authorizes us to charge your selected payment method automatically.

• Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances outlined in each program’s registration documents.

• Enrollment or registration fees may be non-refundable.

4. Behavior & Conduct

All children and families participating in our programs are expected to follow the Club’s Code of Conduct, which emphasizes respect, safety, and positive behavior. Repeated violations may result in disciplinary action or removal from the program.

Staff will enforce these expectations consistently to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all.

5. Medical & Emergency Consent

By enrolling a child in our programs, you authorize the Club to administer basic first aid and to seek emergency medical care if necessary. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing up-to-date health forms, allergy information, and any necessary medication consent documentation.

6. Photography & Media Release

Unless you opt out in writing, you grant the Club permission to photograph, video, or record your child for promotional and educational purposes, including on our website, social media, printed materials, and reports.

If you prefer not to have your child photographed, you must submit a written opt-out request.

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of the Niagara Falls Boys & Girls Club or its content suppliers. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any part of this site without prior written permission.
